कन्नौज।(आवाज न्यूज ब्यूरो)। मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी डॉ. स्वदेश गुप्ता ने बताया कि अपर मुख्य सचिव, चिकित्सा स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण, उ.प्र. लखनऊ के निर्देशानुसार जनपद के समस्त 33 प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्रों एवं 03 नगरीय प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्रों पर आज मुख्यमंत्री आरोग्य स्वास्थ्य मेला सफलतापूर्वक आयोजित किया गया।
मेले के प्रभावी संचालन हेतु मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी के निर्देशों के अनुपालन में नोडल अधिकारी डॉ. जितेन्द्र कुमार, उप मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी एवं सभी अपर मुख्य चिकित्साधिकारियों द्वारा विभिन्न स्वास्थ्य केन्द्रों का निरीक्षण एवं पर्यवेक्षण किया गया।
मेले में आने वाले नागरिकों को कई प्रकार की मुफ़्त स्वास्थ्य सेवाएँ उपलब्ध कराई गईं, जिनमें विभिन्न रोगों की निःशुल्क जाँच एवं उपचार, बच्चों एवं गर्भवती महिलाओं का टीकाकरण, परिवार कल्याण से संबंधित परामर्श, हेपेटाइटिस “बी” एवं “सी” कार्ड परीक्षण, टी.बी. संभावित रोगियों की जाँच, नेत्र रोगियों की जाँच, आयुष्मान भारत योजना के अंतर्गत गोल्डन कार्ड बनवाने की सुविधा
आदि महत्वपूर्ण सेवाएँ शामिल रहीं।
आज आयोजित मुख्यमंत्री आरोग्य स्वास्थ्य मेला में कुल 2739 मरीजों (पुरुष 1127, महिलाएँ 1105 एवं बच्चे 507) ने स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं का लाभ प्राप्त किया। इसके अतिरिक्त 13 आयुष्मान गोल्डन कार्ड बनाकर लाभार्थियों को वितरित किए गए। प्रत्येक केंद्र पर चिकित्सकों के साथ पर्याप्त संख्या में पैरामेडिकल कर्मी उपस्थित रहे, जिससे सभी लाभार्थियों को सहज, प्रभावी एवं गुणवत्तापूर्ण स्वास्थ्य सेवाएँ प्राप्त हो सकीं।
मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी ने बताया कि स्वास्थ्य मेलों का उद्देश्य आमजन को निकटतम स्वास्थ्य केंद्र पर ही समग्र स्वास्थ्य सेवाएँ एक ही स्थान पर उपलब्ध कराना है, जिससे लोगों में स्वास्थ्य के प्रति जागरूकता बढ़े और समय पर उपचार सुनिश्चित हो सके।
